Pricing and Website Errors

Prices displayed on the website are not binding until validated after checkout. If a pricing error is identified:

The Customer will be contacted promptly
The Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund
Alternatively, the Customer may choose to proceed at the corrected price

No contract is formed until the Company confirms acceptance of the order.

Orders and Processing

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance by the Company.

All orders are subject to review and confirmation. The Company requires between three (3) and five (5) business days to process an order prior to dispatch or service scheduling.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before confirmation.

Payment

Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the specified address. The Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify the Company within 48 hours of any visible damage or discrepancies.

Installation and Services

Installation or configuration services are provided based on information supplied by the Customer.

The Company is not responsible for issues arising from:

Inadequate electrical supply
Network or infrastructure incompatibility
Structural or environmental limitations
Undisclosed site conditions

Additional works required due to such conditions may incur additional charges.

Warranty

All products are supplied with applicable statutory consumer guarantees and any manufacturer warranty provided with the product.

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse or neglect
Accidental damage
Power surges or environmental damage
Unauthorised repair or modification
Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer warranty terms may vary by product.

Right of Withdrawal (Restricted)

Where applicable under consumer protection law, Customers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from receipt of standard, non-customised goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or special-order items
Goods that have been installed, configured, or activated
Used items beyond what is necessary to inspect them
Sealed goods once opened where hygiene or integrity is affected
Bundled systems once separated

Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and in accordance with applicable law.

Aftersales Support

Aftersales assistance is provided during normal business hours. Services outside warranty coverage may be chargeable.

On-site visits, diagnostics, or repairs may incur additional fees where applicable.

Marketing, Promotions, and Social Media

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be advertised through the website, email, or social media platforms.

All offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotions are non-retrospective and do not apply to previously confirmed orders.
